At my job in the natural pet supplies store, one of my projects is to make "shelf talkers" for the various products with the name, SKU, and price. I try to make them fun. :)

Halloween/Dragon*Con 2011: Flash Gordon and Princess Aura

This year for Dragon*Con/Halloween I made myself a Princess Aura costume from the movie Flash Gordon, and outfitted Colin in several "Flash" items (t-shirt, khaki pants, watch, sneakers, and of course, bleached blonde hair).
The costume was a big success and I won Jim Steranko's Judge's Choice Award in the Comic Book Babes contest! :)
